Pyrolyzer Gas Detection System
|
Gases such as Methylene Chloride and Nitrogen Trifluoride cannot be detected by ordinary electrochemical gas sensors. By breaking these gases into simpler compounds, the Pyrolyzer Gas Detection System enables users to monitor low levels of the toxic gases.
The Pyrolyzer Gas Detection System uses a powerful internal pump to continuously draw gas from the source. The gas passes through a super-heated cylinder where it is broken down into by-product compounds. These compounds, generated in fixed proportions from each molecule, are measured by the electrochemical sensor. Transmitter electronics calculate conversion ratios and produce a highly accurate output signal proportional to target gas concentration.
