Flame Vision 20 Detector

Flame Vision Model FV-20 is an ultraviolet/infrared (UV/IR) flame detector designed for years of trouble free and reliable operation in industrial environments.

The Model FV-20, in addition to a UV detector, incorporates an infrared sensor that monitors IR radiation over the 2.5 to 3.0 micron range. The addition of the IR sensor enhances the FV-20’s flame selectivity and provides greater immunity to false alarms encountered in more diverse outdoor environments.

Proven in thousands of applications worldwide, Flame Vision series has been specifically designed for extreme environments. Housed in a rugged aluminum or optional 316 stainless steel enclosure it has a calculated M.T.B.F. (Mean Time Between Failures) of 100,000 hours (11+ years). Flame Vision uses MIL-SPEC electronic components and materials. Its Flame Vision’s proven performance that permits a 3-year warranty on the entire monitor, not just the sensors.
