Scott Health & Safety introduces the Scott Facepiece Lens Kits
The NIOSH-approved facepiece lens kits are sized, shaped and angled specifically for a variety of Scott facepiece models providing a custom fit to optimize comfort and provide a superior optical system. Two sleek, innovative lens frame designs are available for the single lens Scott AV-2000®, AV-3000TM, Scott-O-Vista®, Promask 25 and M120 facepieces. One frame design is available for the dual lens M110 CBRN facepiece. All frame styles offer four color lens options for different applications, specific tasks, and personal preference. The unique and proprietary SMOKESIGHT XTTM yellow lenses enhance vision in smoke and low light environments and afford sharper contrast detail for sharpshooters and firefighters combating smoke indoors. The True Color ReceptionTM (TCRTM) gray lens absorbs glare away from the eyes improving visibility in bright light situations. The Metallized Surface LensesTM (MSLTM) with blue or silver mirrored lenses absorb and reflect glare away from the eyes while aiding in job performance and safety. For those requiring prescription glasses, the prescription-ready frames can be fitted by any optometrist with a user’s preferred lenses, including bifocals.

Built as rugged as Scott’s respiratory protection products, the spring-tempered mounting rings and lens frames of the new facepiece lens kits are constructed of a durable high-tech alloy to maintain lasting shape and coated with a resilient finish to provide a secure grip inside the facepiece. Stainless steel screws and high performance eye wires are used to secure prescription lenses.
Fully adjustable, the facepiece lenses can be positioned for a precise and customized fit for each user. While they are designed for a secure fit and no movement during use, they can be easily removed for cleaning and transfer between same model facepieces.
